30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for eligible program registrations. If you are not satisfied with a purchased service, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original transaction. Our support team will review each request individually.

Eligibility for Refunds

The following are eligible for refunds under our 30-day policy:

  • Program registration fees for events that have not yet occurred
  • Workshop and seminar registration fees (if requested before the event date)
  • Membership fees (prorated based on time remaining)
  • Course materials or resources that have not been accessed

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Donations made to support our ministry (donations are considered gifts)
  • Program fees for events or programs that have already been attended
  • Digital resources or materials that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Registration fees after the event has taken place
  • Custom or personalized services already rendered

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of your original transaction
  2. Provide your order or registration confirmation number
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for our team to review your request

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Event Cancellations

If Warehouse Christian Ministries cancels an event or program, registered participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to a future event. We will notify all registered participants as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered. This may apply when a participant has attended part of a multi-session program or when a service has been partially rendered. Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a situation that falls outside our standard refund policy, please contact us. We will do our best to work with you to find a fair resolution.
